If you receive such a product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product. We will arrange for the product to be returned to us and issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

We do not offer refunds for any product that is not defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page. For example, we do not offer refunds for perishable products, customized products, personalized products, or products that are on sale, clearance, or promotion.

We also do not offer refunds for any service that has been completed or partially completed, unless otherwise stated on the service page. For example, we do not offer refunds for catering services, event management services, or delivery services.

Non-Refundable Items
